How to Replace Air Filter Box 2014-19 Chevy Silverado

How to repair, install, fix, change or replace a dirty, dusty or clogged air filter on 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 Chevy Silverado

step 1 :Removing the Air Filter Housing
- Disconnect the MAF sensor wiring harness
- Loosen the air intake tube hose clamp with a flat blade screwdriver
- Remove the 8mm bolts from the air filter box
- Unclip the wire from the air box
- Lift the air box cover
- Remove the air filter
- Pull the filter housing bottom up and out

step 2 :Installing the Air Filter Housing
- Press the filter housing bottom onto the studs to secure it
- Insert the air filter into the air box
- Clip the wire to the air box
- Tighten the 8mm bolts to the air box
- Press the air intake tube to the air box
- Tighten the air intake hose clamp with a flat blade screwdriver
- Connect the MAF sensor wiring harness
